Shipping Costs
From an order value of €20, shipping is currently free of charge.
Below this order value, shipping costs depend on the available shipping option. The specific shipping costs will be shown in the checkout before you complete your order.
The final shipping costs are always displayed transparently in the checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery Times
Since we work with various dropshipping and shipping partners, processing times and delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier and shipping route.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 7–20 working days.
For individual products, the delivery time may differ. The information on the respective product page, in the shopping cart and in the checkout is decisive.
Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
Processing Time
Processing time may vary depending on the product and supplier.
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information where possible.
Shipping by Dropshipping Partners
FloraPfote works with dropshipping and shipping partners. Products may be shipped directly to you by our suppliers or shipping partners.
Depending on the product, shipping may take place from the European Union or from China.
Packaging may vary depending on the supplier and shipping partner. Completely uniform packaging cannot always be guaranteed for dropshipping shipments.
FloraPfote remains your contractual partner regardless of where the goods are shipped from.
Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are possible for orders with multiple items. This may occur in particular when products are shipped by different suppliers.
You will not incur any additional shipping costs due to a partial delivery.
Tracking
Tracking is available for many orders. As soon as tracking information is available, you will receive it by email or can view it in your customer account.
Please note that tracking information may sometimes only be updated a few days after shipment, depending on the shipping provider.

Express shipping is currently not offered.
