Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods.

Exercising the Right of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss of Value

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not exist or may expire prematurely for goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Note on Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods, please contact us by email with your order number and meaningful photos.

We will review the case and, depending on the situation, provide a legally required solution, for example replacement delivery, repair or refund.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
